1) After reading the chapters so far, what is your definition of how a company can enable collaboration with IT? As we discussed in residency, why is this a good thing? Some examples would be a company using Skype for face-to-face communication between multiple offices throughout the world. Explain why you think this is a positive or negative for a company.
2) Managing IT demand comes in many forms - strategic IT planning, prioritization and sequencing, financial planning, service-oriented architecture, etc. It is also the realization that you must proactively manage demands while accounting for business constraints (demand vs. supply). What do you think some of the key elements of managing IT demand are, and how will you address them as a business leader?
