Advise the granary in jamaica using the sale of goods act

Problem

For revision purpose:

800 pounds of wheat are to be shipped to a Granary in Jamaica. The wheat was described and held out by the supplier to be Super Wheat, which could withstand the harsh conditions of sea for over a year. The shipping agreement stated that the Super Wheat would be delivered in 2 shipments of 400 pounds each, on the 15th of August 2019 and the 15th of December 2019.

In the first shipment, 200 of the 400 pounds were rotten and the shipment arrived on the 15th of October 2019. For the 2nd shipment, the ship sank and all the wheat was lost. The wheat in the 1st shipment was inspected and it was found that half of the wheat that was shipped was

Bush Wheat - a wheat of inferior quality. The Granary has accepted 200 pounds of the wheat and desperately needs the other 600 pounds by January 20, 2020, in order to host the world-famous annual wheat tournament, an endeavour that makes the Granary the most net profit every business year.
