Advise the CEO to use foreign employees and foreign parts in order to cut down the cost of the manufacturing aspect of it. Though the Real GDP per worker would need to be determines based on the country's economy. I believe costs would still be lower in US $ terms and if the rate of unemployment is high workers would be willingly to take a lower wage in order to have a job. Though based on the country's economy what would be considered a low wage in the US may not be considered a low wage based on that country's current economical status.
