Problem
Sarah is restaurant owner and organizes a Halloween themed dinner which saw high demand with all 100 tables booked out at $1000 per table. In anticipation of this dinner, she orders 100 pieces of pumpkin themed tablecloth which she thinks will be popular among her guests. She specifically informed the tablecloth vendor that these are for a Halloween themed dinner. On the day of the event, the vendor provides her with Christmas themed tablecloth - all had Christmas trees on them instead of pumpkins. Because of this, half of her guests (50 tables) refused to pay for dinner, claiming that the experience was spoilt. Advise Sarah as to her options against the tablecloth vendor.
