Problem
Jibby and Rose were planning for a short escapade to Indonesia. Their flight to Indonesia is at 6pm. Both Jibby and Rose were caught in the traffic, hence Jibby decided to take an alternative route to the airport. Jibby and Rose were delighted as they found the alternative route to the airport. As they were approaching the airport, Jibby decides to take his hat from the glove compartment he left there earlier. As he is doing so, he loses control of his car and runs over Mahat who suffers a broken leg.
Advise Mahat on his possible action against Jibby under the law of negligence.
