A) John went to Jame's house to promote new brand of flour. After trying the sample given by John, James agrees to buy 5 Kilograms of the said flour. John later sent the flour ordered by James. To James's disappointment, the flour delivered was not the same in quality as the sample given.
B) Alexander bought hot water bottle from VERRY HOT SDN. BHD. Alexander went home and tried the hot water bottle for the first time. Unfortunately, the bottle burst and injured his arm.
Advise James and Alexander whether they have the right to sue by using provisos of Sales of Goods Act and previous cases.
