Problem
Maxprofit Corporation recently incurring loss due to nation wide pandemic. The corporation decided to downsize the plant. The HR department facing dilemma as to decide who to retain and who to fire. Adding on, the HR also facing huge miscommunication issue to convey the message to the current employed employees as lack of information to share. The corporation also worried over losing the talented employees, lower performing employees and at the same time difficulty in attracting and retaining of workforce.
