In 2 to 3 pages answer the following:
Question 1. Do you think that public administrators should be restricted to only laid down rules in the discharge of their duties as espoused by Max Weber or should they have some amount of discretion. Provide the likely benefits and disadvantages of each scenario and use examples to support your argument.
The requirements below must be met for your paper to be accepted:
· Write between (approximately) using Microsoft Word in APA style
· Use font size 12 and 1" margins.
· Include cover page and reference page.
· At least 80% of your paper must be original content/writing.
· No more than 20% of your content/information may come from references.
· Use at least three references
