Module Assignment
Write 3 to 4 pages paper that identifies a healthcare organization in your state and the steps needed to assist the healthcare organization to begin working and performing efficiently. Be sure to do the following:
i. Include the name of the healthcare organization and the challenges it is facing or has faced.
ii. Summarize the statistical information you've looked through to assess your findings.
iii. Identify at least 3 areas of inefficiency (e.g., staff shortage, limited resources, lack of funds, outdated systems, inaccurate billing, and coding, etc.).
iv. Address the reasons those areas are not operating optimally or efficiently.
v. Describe at least three strategies that can be implemented to address each area operating inefficiently.
Format your assignment according to the following formatting requirements:
i) The answer should be typed, using Times New Roman font (size 12), double spaced, with one-inch margins on all sides.
ii) The response also includes a cover page containing the title of the assignment, the student's name, the course title, and the date. The cover page is not included in the required page length.
iii) Also include a reference page. The Citations and references must follow APA format. The reference page is not included in the required page length.
