Address the needs of local businesses

Case Scenario: Addressing the "great resignation" that has hit the Canadian economy, the SenSource Company has decided to expand its outsourcing services in order to address the needs of local businesses that are struggling to staff their operations. In order to support its expansion, the SenSource Company needs to design and implement a new strategy, operational model, and supporting infrastructure. To implement this new business, the SenSource Company is planning to deliver several large projects:

a) An international partnership project with recruiting organizations in English speaking countries

b) An expedited work-credential project to support the transfer of qualified candidates

c) A workforce recruitment project to attract applicants that meet the needs of the SenSource Company's business clients

d) An industry and government relations project to align the business activities with current trends, anticipate issues, and proactively manage risks

e) An apartment rental project to enable temporary accommodation in support of the resettlement of specialized workers

f) A business strategy planning project to create strategic direction for the new enterprise and develop lines of business

To ensure effective coordination between these different projects and the achievement of the expected benefits of the overall initiative, the SenSource Company has decided to administer all the projects and their resources through a massive $1.3 billion implementation program. Due to the speed of the SenSource Company's expansion, many of its new program-level employees lack the specialized skills needed to deliver this kind of work: none of your team members have experience in this type of work, so you will need to cooperate to succeed.

Our task to make a presentation on the following aspect of the company which is Information management assessment

Program Information Management Assessment:

A program will likely generate a large amount of documentation, data, and other records throughout its life cycle. How easily this information can be collected, shared, and maintained may have a significant effect on both program team efficiency and how the program is perceived by its stakeholders. The information management needs of the program should be considered as part of program formulation so that possible financial, organizational, or resource implications can be assessed. The output of this activity is the program information management assessment, which is an input to the program business case, program charter and program information management planning during program planning.
