Create three to five PowerPoint slides with detailed speaker notes.
• Justify to your organization's CIO the need to integrate all clinical and administrative departments into a Health Information Management System in your organization.
• Address the most significant and current HIE, EHR, HIPPA, and HITECH regulations in my state which is Florida.
• After creating the slides, complete the audio-record (no more than five minutes) how you would present this information to the CIO. I will do the audio portion.
The response should include a reference list. Double-space, using Times New Roman 12 pnt font, one-inch margins, and APA style of writing and citations.
