Identify at least two articles published in the last 6 months that discuss a company's diversification efforts (Note: the articles may not directly indicate that what is being discussed is a company's diversification as it is discussed in this class, but you should be able to infer that the company's diversification strategy is being discussed). Based on your interpretation of the articles:
a) State the main types of corporate (a.k.a. diversification) strategies.
b) Identify which type of corporate strategy this company is using?
c) Address the issue of the means by which the company diversifies.
d) Is the company's corporate strategy appropriate or it could be improved? Why?
