Add a sidebar similar to one in Overview.htm to letters.htm. The sidebar should have the name of years shown in letters.htm. This sidebar titles(years) should be links which when clicked output on the centre of the page all the documents in that year. much like how it is shown in original letters.htm.
Preferred use is frames tag in html
