Adapting groups as members enter and exit

Problem: Going into our next units, I want to learn more about adapting groups as members enter and exit. An argument may be made to limit participation to a certain cohort, but in my case, the prospect seeing participation dwindle as members' conditions progress seems uniquely heartbreaking. What do you think? Can a proper therapy group even accommodate these constraints? Burlingame, G. M., McClendon, D. T., & Alonso, J. (2011). Cohesion in group therapy. Psychotherapy, 48(1), 34-42. Kaklauskas, F. J., & Greene, L. R. (Eds.). (2020). Core principles of group psychotherapy: An integrated theory, research, and practice training manual. Routledge. Answer in maximum 250 words in paragraph, with APA format and APA reference and a question to deepen the discussion and a word count. Need Assignment Help?
