Then, based on your reading and the results of your Active Listening Skills Activity, create a two-to three- page paper that explains the following information:
a.Define and describe Active Listening.
b.Describe how it is used in the therapeutic setting.
c.Provide examples of how you personally use active listening in your work situations.
d.Discuss the results of your personal active listening inventory, identifying you strengths and areas for improvement.
e.Discuss at least two or more personal communication changes you will make to improve your active listening skills.
