According to the World Health Organization, nearly one million individuals died because of HIV-related illnesses in 2016. Using studies from countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, comment on: (1) the extent to which male circumcision can help prevent HIV, and (2) the extent to which text reminders using mobile phones can help improve adherence to antiretroviral treatment.
