According to the Public health administration in the U.S. Explain what the phrase "America's unique legislative process" means?
I think it is specificaly in regard to making, passing laws on healthcare, having say-so in the health care administration. I think it might have to do with Congress, defintely legislature and possible seperation of powers, I am just not sure and I need help answering this question, as well as direction so I know what all I should include in its written response.
