Access the Administrative Tools on your computer by clicking on Start > Control Panel > Administrative Tools (note that Administrative Tools may be in the System and Security section of the Control Panel). If you are using Windows 2007 or newer, click on System and Security and the window changes. Click on Administrative Tools and a new window appears. Click on Component Services.
