A woman worked at a hotel as an assistant manager. She was required to live on the premises. She and her husband were considered to be on call at all times in order to be available to address any problems that arose. While she was off duty and changing clothes in the bathroom of the hotel, a fire broke out. The woman died in the fire. Is her estate entitled to workers' compensation for her death? (Jivan v.
