Design an experiment that would use at least 3 of the following techniques: electrophoresis, PCR, restriction enzymes, reverse transcriptase, cloning, etc. Include: a) what is the question you are attempting to answer, and b) list the methods to answer that question. Make sure the methods you use are directly aligned with answering your question.
