A turbine uses steam at 25mpa and 650degc at the turbine

A turbine uses steam at 25MPa and 650°C at the turbine inlet to generate 17.5MW of power. The steam enters the turbine at a rate of 90000kg/h. A portion of the steam passing through the turbine is removed for the purposes of feedwater heating (Figure 1). Steam is to be bled from this turbine at 2MPa and 300°C while the remaining steam leaves the turbine as saturated vapor at 40kPa. Through the casing of the two stages of the turbine, heat is lost at a rate of 300kJ/s. Determine the maximum mass flow rate of the steam that can be bled.
