Reflecting on Your Leadership Capabilities

You are up for a promotion at your place of work, and part of the evaluation process includes a self-evaluation of your leadership competence. To get started, you will need to complete three (3) surveys that will clarify the traits, skills, and behavioral styles you exhibit that relate to leadership. The surveys are separate attachments:

- Authentic Leadership Self-Assessment Questionnaire

- LMX 7 Questionnaire

- Skills Inventory

After you have completed the three (3) surveys, write a self-reflective report that addresses the following:

1. A summary of the results for the questionnaires to include your interpretation of the results. Conduct research on the topic of leadership styles and behaviors and identify which leadership style fits your skills and competencies - (3 pages)

2. Summarize what you have learned from the questionnaire findings by describing your strengths and areas that you need to improve in. Do you agree with the findings? If not, explain why - (2 pages)

3. Describe three actionable steps for strengthening your leadership competence - (2pages)
