Problem: This study was conducted as a quantitative research design to investigate the relationship between access to after-school programs and high school graduation rates among rates among students in the Bronx. It appears that the most effective extracurricular activities are those that offer a better framework, a stronger connection to the educational institution's highly skilled and qualified employees, and personalized support. However, these findings are primarily based on predictions rather than on solid investigations of the extracurricular activities themselves (Durlak, J. A., & Weissberg, R. P. 2007). After-school programs offer more than just academic help; they assist with homework, study, and create an environment in which the student feels safe. The goal is for institutions and CBOs to work closely together to help pupils develop, especially when class is not in session. Pupil help can come from collaborative relationships that provide pupils with a greater educational opportunity (McBride Murray et al., 2021) greater success in school (Maier et al., 2017), and give them the tools they need to become responsible adults (Waddock, 1995). The independent variable in this research was the assessment of after-school programs, which included factors such as the availability of these programs, participation rates, and the types of programs offered, such as academic tutoring. The dependent variable was high school graduation rates, measured by? Need Assignment Help?
