2) Use and relevance of calculations, if needed
3) Correct conclusions
4) Verbose and poorly elaborated answers will reduce your score.

Question: A software developer created prototype for an app that allows members to rent/loan a variety of products (tools, sporting equipment, appliances, etc..) to other members in their area.
Define potential users for the app
What are the tools you could use to collect, analyze, and summarize the tasks carried using this app? Briefly explain how you would use each tool.
