A polypeptide chain is a linear polymer of l-amino acids

A polypeptide chain is a linear polymer of L-amino acids. when a polypeoptide chain adopts its mature 3D structure, it does so because of the van der Waals intermolecular forces of hydrogen bonding, dispersion forces, dipole/dipole and ion/dipole, as well as the hydrophobic effect. Countering these favorable interactions in the 3D structure is the dramatic reduction in entropy (conformational entropy). If the delta G folding for a protien is -7kcal/mol at 25C with delta G hydrophobic-effect of -85kcal/mol, deltaG H-bonding is -52kcal/mol, and delta G other-intermolecular is -21kcal/mol, calculate the delta for the change in conformational entropy for the protiein folding process.
