Evaluate and discuss the following view, and state whether it would be accepted as generally correct by most lawyers and judges: 
"A person who has both rights and duties" is a concept that defines the most basic concept of the law. In U.S. law, a person is defined as having all of the rights specified in the first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution (the Bill of Rights), plus many rights which are not specified but are guaranteed anyway by the 9th Amendment.
