A patient went to see his doctor in a clinic. A front desk assistant advised the patient to complete an online registration form. The nurse asked the patient for his medical care card to verify that the information entered by the patient was correct and complete. The patient's record was retrieved by the front desk assistant on the clinical database. Next, the front desk assistant told the patient to wait for the doctor to call him.

Fifteen minutes later, the patient's name was called by the doctor. The doctor examined the patient who had a high fever. As the doctor could not detect symptom on the patient's body, he sent him to a x-ray centre next door of the clinic for a CT scan. The patient took a letter from the doctor and went to the x-ray clinic. He handed the doctor's letter to the x-ray clinical assistant. The clinical assistant checked his information and told him to proceed to the x-ray room for a CT scan. The x-ray specialist conducted a CT scan on the patient. He told the patient to bring the CT scan resuit and the report to the doctor.

An hour later, the doctor called the patient and explained the CT scan's result to him. Doctor updated patient's record and gave him a five days medical certificate and the prescription for medicine purchase at a pharmacy. The doctor gave the patient a consent form to sign confirming that he had visited him. No upfront cash was needed for the medical consultation.
