A NEW Dynamic Website
I have the subsequent requirement which needs to be designed in 30 days (Max).
1) Construct a website which is a dynamic, means allow me to change content, blog, add news, change images through EASY CONTROL PANEL
2) Portal with Admin/ User access
2.1) User role - with a DASHBOARD Upload Files, Add Rows, View Historical Data in Graphs, Download Reports, View Reports Online
2.3) Admin Role - Upload Reports, Download files, Report Content etc for EVERY USER - ALL USERS DASHBOARD
