Topic: Introduction to Organisations and Management

I need a mind map consisting of 1000 words produced but as one A4 page.

Could you please use the company Lycamobile for the mind map.

I've attached an example of a mind map with a similar layout. I've also attached a mind map online resources file which contains websites that can be used to help create the mind map. Referencing and labelling in lines are important for this task.

I have to use a maximum of three theories relating to the company's motivation, leadership style and teamwork. The map should communicate how the theories relate to the company (Lycamobile) and identify the organisational factors. Please also reference from UK published books.

Element - MIND MAP

A mind map is a visual representation of knowledge. The central point in the map should be a chosen company which you will discuss and represent in the mind map in relation to its motivation, leadership style, and teamwork. The map will demonstrate your knowledge of the maximum of three theories related to these ideas. This mind map will form the basis of your plan for the second part of your assessment (the 2000 word report).

The mind map will draw on the ideas and teaching up to week 6. The map should communicate how the theories reviewed relate to the company chosen and the organisational factors identified. You may want to use this free software to build your map: MindGenius or MindView which is available to all students on all campus PC's and via VMWare. You can export the map to PDF format. The map should fit one A4 page and display references on a separate page following the ARU/Harvard referencing guide.

Generate a final PDF with the mind map and references attached.

In line with the Academic Regulations 7th Edition (pp. 62-63), the word count limit (1000 words) excludes indented quotations (of no more than 50 words), tables, figures, diagrams, footnotes and endnotes and the list of references (https://web.anglia.ac.uk/anet/academic/public/academic_regs.pdf).

1. Clear identification of key ideas, concepts and theories

2. A clear understanding of the relationship between concepts, ideas and theories

3. Does the mind map present more than one side of an argument and demonstrate a critical relationship between more than one theory?

4. Does the mind map follow a logical order and is it presented coherently?
