Description: A Local Real Estate (LRE) company sells houses. Sellers who want to sell their houses sign a contract with LRE and provide information on their house. This information kept in LRE's internal database. The internal database is used by the real estate agents working for LRE to sell houses to potential buyers. LRE serves two types of customers: (1) Some buyers have an interest in one specific house. In this case, upon a request from the real estate agent, LRE uses its internal database to print information on the house. The real estate agent then receives this information, which will be given to the buyers. (2) Some buyers seek advice in finding a house that meets their needs. In this case, a buyer sends a buyer information to the real estate agent, who then searches LRE's database for houses that meet the buyer's needs. The results of these searches are printed and used to help the real estate agent show houses to the buyer.

LRE maintains at least the following data stores: HOUSE, CUSTOMER, and BUYER. You can add other datastores if necessary.
