ABSTRACT

In general, in order to manage the information resources of the users in real-time approach there is a need of using high bandwidth based UAV communications. For the purpose of managing the high data throughput communications the high UAV bandwidth communications are used across the communication process. This research is aimed to design the multi-beam smart antenna for implementing the beam forming of antenna within the communications of aerospace environment. For quantifying the FPGA and computational load, the smart antennas are contrasted towards FFT beam forming in order to manage the adaptive singles of smart antennas. 

Within this paper, the key issues related to communications with high bandwidth and the design constraints of smart antenna will be discussed. The main purpose and scope of this research is to design and implement the digital beam forming communications with use of FPGAs. In order to design the multi beam smart antenna the key elements of multi beam time delays are used. Finally the paper discusses about the hardware and software used to design the system and the key aspects involved in the design and implementation of multi-beam smart antennas will be explained.
