1. Research three (one page per case) other negligence/product liability cases against McDonald’s and present one-page summaries for each (assignment is thus three pages long) Follow the IRAC process as much as possible.
2. A large company has invited you to join in a discussion with their legal and human resource officers about integrating ethics into and between their departments. They want your ideas. Use Figure 4.2 and any other ideas from this and previous chapters to outline what you would contribute. Write up a paragraph to share with your class/group.
