Review the nine job descriptions on pages 165-169 of your text. Some background information on the Whole Foods Company is provided on pages 18, 20-22, 23, 48-49, 52, 53, 87, 88, 271, 512, and 689. You should review this information before proceeding with this assignment. Even though Whole Foods operations have evolved to better fit with Amazon's overall mission, the information will be helpful in understanding the organization's core values.
A. Evaluate the jobs using the FES method of job evaluation. Include a Position Evaluation Statement Form for each job.
B. Show your final job ranking by listing the jobs in order of the points assigned. Refer to the jobs by their letter designations.
C. Provide comments on your experience with the job evaluation process and on your final ranking (e.g., was the process easier/more difficult than you imagined; more/less time consuming; was the final ranking what you expected; was the assignment interesting/helpful/frustrating, etc. and why). This evaluation should be at least one page long.
