A doctor claimed that meditation can reduce the systolic

A doctor claimed that meditation can reduce the systolic blood pressure (SBP) level of a hypertension patient. He has chosen 5 patients as the sample for his research. Firstly, he measured their systolic blood pressure (mm Hg) and recorded them. Then, the patients were requested to participate in a meditation training that was conducted for the period of one month. After the training, the doctor once again recorded the SBP readings of each patient. The pressure readings of each patient before and after the training were as shown in Table 3. Table 3 Before (mm Hg) 164 167 163 169 159 After (mm Hg) 159 158 158 169 157 Based on the collected, test the doctor's claim at α=0.05. Can it be concluded that the doctor's claim was factual? Please show the complete computational steps.
