Article Review
This course takes a broad view of United States history and examines the impact of diversity on current society. However, with the expansion of global markets, we have learned that issues of diversity reach far beyond the United States, especially when considering multinational corporations or cross-divisional teams. Find a current, published article that looks at the many facets of diversity from a global perspective. Analyze the article looking for prejudice, institutional discrimination, social construction, or ethnocentric idealism.
Write a threepage article review paper which includes:
1. A brief summary of the article including an overview of the content and a discussion of the findings or conclusions.
2. Analysis of the article detailing prejudice, institutional discrimination, social construction, ethnocentric idealism
3. A detailed account of your reactions to the article including how it addresses and supports current diversity issues. Be sure to cite from the course material to support your assertions and/or opinions.
