Please use the bullets below as a structure for your paper. Be sure to completely address each bullet.
- A description of the three most critical attributes of an effective leader in a multi-cultural environment
- An example of a situation where you have seen one or more of these attributes successfully demonstrated. Describe the situation and tell me what you learned from it.
- Provide an overview of what you learned from using the questionnaires to evaluate your own strengths and weaknesses
- Then provide a specific set of action steps that you will take to address the leadership areas where you believe need improvement
- provide a description of how your success in improving your leadership abilities. In other words, take the long view here and let me know where you want to go in your career and tell me how becoming a better leader will help you to get there
