A customer leaves a waitress $100 tip and signs her name with a short "thanks for the great service!" The server is so excited that she takes a picture of it and posts it on the Facebook page providing the customer's first and last name. Tim happens to be updating the Coffee Shoppe Facebook page and notices in the feed the picture of the note with the signature.
