In the first part of the assignment, you will identify a group, either childhood, adolescence, adult, or older adult. The patient has been diagnosed with a life threatening illness that you will describe. In the second part of the assignment, you will discuss how you will incorporate methods from Chapter 8 to help work through the crisis.
2. This question will focus on how you will work with the same client you described in Question 1, and how you will apply the principles of working with the client in the Chronic Phase of the illness. You should focus your discussion on anticipating potential problems and how you will work with the client to avert or reduce the impact of the identified issues.
