A client of the agency is a power-washing service specializing in restaurants and deli’s.
1) The power wash company wants a short 10-question pre-service survey that can be administered over the phone and focuses on the service elements – the company knows these clients so general questions are not necessary. The clients to whom the survey will be administered have been identified and appointments have been made so you have to hurry up with these items.
2) The power washing company would also like you to develop a 10-item post-service survey. Develop the requested surveys with introduction scripts (for the survey administrator) that meet the client’s requirements.
