The time delay is T = 50 s, and the time constant τ is approximately 40 s. The gain of the process is K = 1. Design a compensation by using Bode diagram methods in order to provide a suitable system response. We want to have a steady-state error less than 0.10/1 for a step input R(s) = A/s. For the system with the compensation added, estimate the settling time of the system.
