A Ccommunication Center that is in need of a Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) to manage their customer's data and interaction. The Center has grown rapidly in the past 5 years of its existence. The Center uses a home grown system, and they've out grown it. The CRM will have several integration points and use middle ware to send and receive data.
Your first team task this week is to describe the business and the business problem. How does the business system work? Who is involved, and what do they do?

Statement of the Business Problem (System Request)
Business Requirements: Using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Word or Excel, your team will need to create the following diagrams for your project. (Refer to the textbook for examples.)
