A capacitor is formed from two concentric spherical

Solve the all parts of following question given below:

Question: A capacitor is formed from two concentric spherical conducting shells separated by vacuum. The inner sphere has radius 10.0 cm, and the outer sphere has radius 14.0 cm. A potential difference of 140V is applied to the capacitor.

Part A: What is the energy density at r= 10.1cm, just outside the inner sphere?

Part B: What is the energy density at r = 13.9cm, just inside the outer sphere?

Can someone please explain what the heck is going on?
