A business report or proposal addressing a work-related issue. The assignment asks you to propose a change to a particular policy within your work organization or you may write a report to persuade a legislator to create, modify, or repeal a law.
The paper must have a specific recommendation which includes: who (the receiver/legislator), is to do what (propose issue/legislation), and when (in the next meeting/legislative session).
