A block of mass m 480 kg is released from rest from point

Problem: A block of mass m = 4.80 kg is released from rest from point circled A and slides on the frictionless track, (Assume ha = 6.00 m.)

Part A: Determine the block's speed at points circled B and circled C.

Part B: Determine the net work done by the gravitational force on the block as it moves from point circled A to point circled C.

Can someone please explain what the heck is going on?
