A bank has a traffic issue due to manpower limitations

A bank has a traffic issue. Due to manpower limitations, traffic into the satellite banking location is reduced at 2pm to one channel, one phase. On other words, there is only one teller available to handle patrons who walk into the satellite bank at this time. The bank president has noted that on an average, 7 customers arrive per hour and it appears that 10 customers can be serviced per hour. Using Model 1, calculate the following: (1) Compute the average queue length. (2) Compute the average number of customers in the system. (3) Compute the average time that customers will wait. (4) Computer the average time that customer are in the system (bank). (5) Compute the probability that one or more customers are in the system. Calculate both the probability that the system will be empty, then calculate the probability that there is one or more patrons in the system (bank). (6). What is all of this telling us? How could you improve the situation, given the limitations presented in the problem? Please be specific as well as show all calculations.
