A 200g ball is tied to a 10 meter long string and released

A 200g ball is tied to a 1.0 meter long string and released from rest @ 60 degree angle. it swings down and at the very bottom collides with a 1.0kg block. the block is resting on a frictionless surface and is connected to a 20cm long spring with spring constant k=2000N/m. Neglect any effect of the string and spring during the collision. take g=9.8m/s^2. Assume the collision is perfectly elastic.

1) what is the velocity of the ball just before it collides with the 1.0kg block? (Must use work-energy theorem to solve)
2)a. Draw an FBD for the ball and an FBD for the block during the collision. Indicate and 3rd law pairs.
b.What are the two physical quantities that are conserved during the collision? write down the two equations that are needed to find the velocities of the black and ball just after collision.
c.Find the velocities of the block and the ball just after collision (you could just use equations from B and solve for velocity), or use any other formulas from your notes.
3) What is max compression of the spring?
