1. Use MS word

2. You should provide 1) question number (that you missed), 2) your answer, 3) correct answer, 4) explanation about why you missed the question and how to get to the correct answer.

For instance,

Q 13. My answer was 90%, but the correct answer is 95%. According to the Textbook page ... , 95% is the most common standard.

Q 24. My answer was 474, but the correct answer is 470.04. I should have used '=stdev.p' function because it deals with the population of the states in the United States.

3. Explanation should clearly show that you now understand how to solve those problems.

4. Submit your correction note through the assignment section of the Blackboard by August 7th.

5. You could get a 60%-80% of the score you missed by submitting the correction note.

For instance, you can get 88 - 94 points by making it up if you get 70points originally.
