1. The St. Paul Pioneer Press has assigned its one remaining reporter to write an article about gasoline prices in the Twin Cities area. While not busy covering local football games and wedding receptions, the reporter has designed and taken simple random samples of regular unleaded gas prices at 35 stations in Minneapolis and 35 in St. Paul.
