1) Why is it important to continuously update the implementation and communication of a strategic plan? Who should be responsible for updating and communicating a strategic plan? Why?
2) Another important component, however, is empowering employees to make their own decisions relative to strategic planning topics? Do you think this is a good or bad idea?
3) Has your organization's strategic plan been communicated to you? If so, how and by whom? If not, how would such communication improve your organizational effectiveness? Is it important for employees to know the strategic plan of a company? Why or why not?
4) This technology can also some serious negative side effects, especially in terms of the communication process. What are the pros and cons of using technology-related tools when communicating? What about when communicating important messages or complex messages? What are the potential benefits? What about risks?
