(1)All of us on some level are familiar with the concept of free riding. In this discussion, give an example free riding that you have experienced. This can be an observation of other free-riders or a case where you have been a free-rider of public goods. Provide a solution to solve your free-rider problem, whether or not it had been implemented.
Hint: I enjoy listening to the Diane Rehm show on NPR as I drive to campus in the morning. I do not, however, contribute to public radio and, once the program is airing, NPR has no way of charging me for listening to the show. I clearly benefit from all those individuals who actually donate to the radio station (a heartfelt thank you to them!).
